How does the credit system work?

Each action consumes a specific number of credits:

• 1 conversation = 3 credits

• 1 AI public form = 5 credits

• 1 image generation = 10 credits

• 1 training url = 10 credits

• 1 training file = 5 credits

• 1 API call in AI Flow = 3 credits

Credits are automatically deducted whenever you perform these actions.

Who can buy credits?

Only Enterprise accounts can purchase and manage credits. This ensures better cost control and scalability for organizations with higher usage or integration needs.

How can I buy credits?

Enterprise users can purchase credits directly from the Billing Dashboard using PayPal. Bulk purchase and invoicing support are available upon request.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire as long as your enterprise account remains active.

What's the difference between subscription and credits?

Subscription plans are ideal for individuals or teams that need ongoing access and fixed monthly limits.

• Credits are for enterprises that want full flexibility and usage-based billing.

You can combine both for hybrid usage.

What is included in the Lifetime License?

A Lifetime License provides permanent access to the WynForm platform for the chosen tier, including future updates. However, advanced AI or enterprise-only features may still require credits.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or by card via PayPal's checkout.

Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
