2. Personal Information

We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of WynForm after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use WynForm, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect a security risk or violation of this Agreement.

5. Access to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. If service downtime exceeds 24 hours on a business day, a proportional refund may be issued.

6. Payment

Fees for WynForm services must be paid as outlined on our website. Payments are processed via third-party vendors, and we do not store payment details.

7. Subscriptions

WynForm operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least two (2) days before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions are non-transferable. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may modify your subscription plan at any time. New rates will apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Changes to Subscription Fees
We may modify subscription fees at any time with prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

8. License Period

• During a period of twelve (12) months upon purchasing the License Key, you are entitled to access all premium features and receive all Updates (new WynForm versions). In order toreceive new Updates (App Updates, Bug Fixes, Improvements, etc.) after this twelve-month period, you will need to renew your License Key for the Full Version.
• WynForm may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application. New Updates may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing us.
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
• A 14-day free trial is available. If you do not cancel at least two (2) days before the trial ends, you will be charged for the next billing cycle.

10. License and Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use WynForm. You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code.
• Use the Services for illegal activities.

11. Third-Party Services

WynForm may integrate with third-party services, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their security.

12. Intellectual Property

Wynform, its content, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of WYN ECOSYSTEM COMPANY LIMITED. You may not use them without permission.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• WynForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the past three (3) months

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be provided upon termination for cause.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

By using WynForm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
